GridHQ Apply

Infrastructure, already running.

GridHQ does not invent its own idea of who somebody is. Identity, verification and correspondence are live products with their own filings, and a company built in the Grid inherits all three on day one.

In detail

What each company does.

Capital

Towergate Capital

The parent company and the capital layer. Towergate Capital is an investment and venture platform in Manchester that backs founders and builds companies, and it owns the patent application behind GridHQ. Applying to GridHQ is not an application for investment, but capital is one of the things the Grid matches against.

Identity

Confrmo

Runtime identity infrastructure. Confrmo establishes that the person taking an action is the authorised human, using a VCode scan and facial recognition with liveness, and it keeps checking rather than trusting a login from an hour ago. It is why continuous qualification in GridHQ has something solid underneath it.

Verification

VCode

Visual verification infrastructure, and the oldest technology in the group. A VCode is a mark that can be placed on a document, an object or a screen and checked by anyone with a phone, which is what makes a claim about a physical thing verifiable rather than asserted.

Communications

Couri

Correspondence that carries proof of who sent it. An introduction made inside the Grid is worth very little if it can be impersonated afterwards, and Couri is the layer that stops that being possible.

Workforce

NeedA

A company built inside the ecosystem rather than alongside it. NeedA is verified healthcare staffing for care homes, NHS trusts and agencies. It did not build its own identity stack because it did not have to. It is the worked example of what the Grid is for.

Towergate Capital holds a wider set of founder, operator and strategic relationships, listed on its own site with the disclaimer that belongs with them. They should not be read as Towergate Capital investments unless stated.

Build on it rather than around it.
